Welcome Home Party

I never did tell you all about the Welcome Home Party my wonderful Middle Girls planned for Samuel Ezra and me when we got home from the hospital.

Here are Emma and Sara making fruit salad:

Here are the Planners:

Here is the banner they made me:

Here is a close-up. It totally made me laugh.

The beautiful decorations. The flowers are pretty too! ;)

The Head Waiter:

The Table: Mismatched, but beautiful. (We don't have enough matching anything for 11 place settings.)

The Fruit Salad:

The fancy Burger:

The Condiments (I just thought this was a cool photo):

Air Force Dessert... my favorite. Oreo Cookie crust, ice cream, chocolate... yummy.

Here's a photo of the dessert half eaten... you can see the S. They wrote Sam with chocolate syrup.

It was a wonderful spread... made all the more enjoyable by the thoughtfulness of my sweet girls.

  1. That's so sweet! Thanks for sharing.

  2. I loved the picture of the three girls together they are all so pretty! What a thoughtful thing to do for you and the new baby...the word girl crossed out was funny!

  3. Well now! And people wonder why we have MORE?!
    I tells ya!
Makes one wonder why anyone would be so silly to WANT to miss out ;-D

    What a lovely surprise!

  4. How sweet! I love the picture of the condiments too. It's got great depth of field! Lisa~

  5. How fun. And I'd forgotten about Air Force dessert.
Your kids crack me up, because a couple of them remind me so much of how you looked when we were all much younger.
